A house cake made for 50th Anniversary of Fairmont Homes.
Took me the whole 2 weeks to measure and draw the walls and roofs, hand cut all the fondant panels,
make the candy glass, prepare the lights, etc etc etc.
My favourite part is the decorating time, which was a total of 3 days.
Everything is edible except the lights of course
The whole house is a Dark Choc Mud cake (inc the roofs). 💕

| These Cupcakes were ordered by a Child Care Centre called Kids World. It was given to their students who graduated from Kinder 4. The children were so excited to receive this as their end of year gift. "They loved it , thank u heavenly d'lights :)" - Patty |

| This was the biggest cake I did. The size was 20×10 inch. Thankfully it was covered in buttercream and topped with shredded cheddar. So I didn’t have to perfect the covering in fondant. The sugar flowers were arranged a day before it had to be delivered. I was so shocked to find that the flowers were all wilted away in the morning, due to the humidity. Thank God I made spares flowers :) |

This was an 8inch Chocolate Cake for a dumpling shop called MOMO Station (in Bourke Street, Melbourne), who celebrated their 2nd year anniversary. The client said everyone loved the cake :) |
