| It was a cake I made for special people at my church, who celebrated their birthdays in March. The flavour was mocha sponge with dark choc ganache filling and the outside was vanilla SMBC. |

| Made this for my mum's 60th Birthday. That week I was very busy, but still wanted to make a special cake for my lovely mum. So I came up with this simple ruffles cake, topped with fresh roses :) |
